As an employee or contractor supporting the DI2E Development Tools (www.di2e.net) with Privileged User (PU) access, you are required to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act of 1974, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1988, DI2E Consent to Monitoring, and the DI2E Rules of Behavior. All privileged users must complete annual IT Security Awareness Training and Privileged User Training.
As part of operating and maintaining the DI2E DevTools, privileged users have access to computing systems, applications, databases, network monitoring tools and other equipment that may contain data that is private, sensitive, or classified in nature, whether or not it is labeled or identified as such. For the purposes of this agreement, Sensitive information may include, but not limited to, For Official Use Only (FOUO), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Proprietary, Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets, Limited Distribution, Originator Controlled, Law Enforcement Sensitive, and Secret or Top Secret classified information.
I hereby consent to this agreement in consideration for my being granted PU access to sensitive information in the form of system or application data, files, software source code, conversations, or any other form. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I will only access, or attempt to access, sensitive information as required to perform my duties as a DI2E System Administrator. When providing direct services to users, I will share sensitive information only with users that have permission to the data, only to complete a specified task, and only to copy and store user data for long enough to complete the specified task.
I will not divulge my personal or shared password(s) or share them with any other unauthorized person.
I will not use, release, or disclose any sensitive information, in any form whatsoever, to any person or entity other than authorized individuals without written authorization.
I will not share sensitive information with my company/organization nor with any other external individual, corporation, business, or organization without written authorization.
If I become aware of any improper use, extract, release, or disclosure of sensitive information, I will advise DI2E Program Management Office as soon as possible.
I understand that any unauthorized use, release, or disclosure of sensitive information in violation of this agreement may subject me to administrative actions that range from a verbal or written warning, removal of system access, reassignment of duties, and/or termination of employment or contract, depending on the severity of the violation.
By signing this agreement in the spaces provided below, I certify that I have read this agreement, that I agree to its terms, and that the agreement remains in effect continuously for the duration of my employment.
